Suitable for everyone, these classes focus on how to meditate and use Buddhist understanding to solve daily problems.
When her international schedule permits these classes will be taught by Gen-la Dekyong.
Each class will consist of guided meditation, and a talk with an opportunity for questions, followed by light refreshments in the peaceful environment of the Temple.
